Prespx is an interior architecture studio based in Cairo. We work across residential, hospitality and commercial typologies — selectively, and with a single accountable team on every project.
We design rooms people stay in.
Architecture sets the bones. We tune the air between them — the proportion of a window, the hand-feel of a door pull, the angle a sofa wants to face. Our work is about the moment someone takes off their coat and decides to stay.
We work slowly on purpose. A typical residence runs many months from brief to handover; hospitality and commercial projects considerably longer. We turn down more work than we accept so we can give every client a principal designer from first sketch to final install.
Three things we won't compromise
Restraint
We design fewer moves, more carefully. The strongest room is often the quietest one.
Craft
We commission, we draw, we visit the workshop. Software finishes; hands finish better.
Accountability
One studio, one contract, one point of contact from brief to handover.
