PRESPX is an interior architecture studio practicing from Cairo. We take on a small, deliberate roster of projects each year — each one led by a principal designer from first call to final handover.

Architecture sets the bones. We tune the air between them — the proportion of a window, the hand-feel of a door pull, the angle a sofa wants to face. Our work is about the moment someone takes off their coat and decides to stay.
We work slowly on purpose. A typical residence runs twelve to eighteen months from brief to handover; hospitality projects eighteen to twenty-four. We turn down more work than we accept so we can give every client a principal designer and the founder's eye on every drawing.
We design fewer moves, more carefully. The strongest room is often the quietest one.
We commission, we draw, we visit the workshop. Software finishes; hands finish better.
One studio, one contract, one point of contact from brief to handover.
Every project is overseen by a principal designer — from concept presentation to final site handover. One studio, one contract, one point of contact.
